Portfolio: Léa Trudel




Léa Trudel is a Montréal-based artist whose work observes the potential for exchanges between art and science. She is the recipient of a BFA in Photography from Concordia University and has exhibited in various group exhibitions in Montréal and in Mexico.


Artist Statement


Léa Trudel’s artistic practice centers most fundamentally around a commitment to ongoing experimentation and discovery. Her work takes the form of moving or still images and is informed by an interest in transformative phenomena intrinsic of natural and human-affected milieus. Léa Trudel’s greater motivation is to destabilize exclusively human-centric understanding through the upset of scale and hierarchy.
